Tom is a fantastic choice for real estate representation whether representing the seller or the buyer. He has a friendly and open-minded personality. His communication skills are top notch, and he has a full-perspective on handling real estate sales. He has a strong work ethic, and kept things moving quickly throught the transaction, He communicated with us fequently and kept us up to date at all times. He also has an excellent support network as well as a list of reliable contractors, which allowed some work to get done quickly and economically. I cannot think of anything in dealing with Tom that was not done very well. He provided insights of the local market condition. He advised us several times throughout the sales process, and all of his advice was valuable. We are former real estate agents, and have been involved in multiple transactions in the past. First time home buyer and I had the good fortune of connecting with Tom Hunt. Tom is fantastic. He answered all my new home buyer questions. He also responded to my questions very quickly and with clear concise answers. He explained everything to me that I needed to know as a first time buyer. Tom was also very honest about the homes we looked at. Obviously he showed us the positive aspects of homes we looked at, he was also very honest about things that would need repair and what we might be looking at to repair them. Once we found the right home, he made buying a breeze. I have heard people say that having a home in escrow is a very stressful experience. I did not have that experience at all. It went very smooth and Tom handed me my keys last night. If a friend or family decides to buy a home here in Humboldt, I will insist they use Tom Hunt. To anyone else, I highly recommend you give him a call. You will be very pleased.
